La plataforma también controla el nivel de regulación del sistema cardiovascular y el estado de la homeostasis hemodinámica. Esta innovación puede aplicarse en cualquier dispositivo electrónico empleado para medir la presión arterial. El software está disponible en aplicación web y en versión de PC. La universidad busca fabricantes de equipos médicos y sistemas de información, así como centros de investigación, con el fin de establecer acuerdos de cooperación en materia de investigación o comercialización con asistencia técnica.

University is looking for cooperation with producers of medical equipment and information systems and research institutions as Research cooperation agreement or Commercial agreement with technical assistance.
Description:
Ukrainian University, the city of Ternopil, was founded in 1957, deals with education, research and implementation of innovations. Over the last five years, during some research a platform for analysis of arterial ostcillography for cardiovascular diagnosis was developed at one of its departments. For more than three years, the department has developed a platform of hardware and software of the innovation.
More than a half of the earth population use electronic tonometers. The innovative platform is presented for the first time to expand informational capabilities of blood pressure measuring.
Information technology, software and research results of 3040 arterial oscillograms of 696 healthy individuals and patients, 56 simultaneously recorded ECG and arterial oscillograms of healthy individuals, which prove the suggested solution, are presented.
Arterial oscillogram by blood pressure and heart rate measuring device can record pulse changes of blood pressure in cuff, export information through a front-end interface of data interchange to personal computer (if necessary to mobile device with operating system supporting java applications) and web-based program.
Pressure curve is usually used for blood pressure and heart rate blood pressure measuring. Some latest devices also evaluate arrhythmia level. The authors suggest new methods of morphological, temporal, spectral, fractal analysis of oscillograms. Estimated indices were used for further correlation and cluster analysis. The information technology analysis of arterial oscillograms was applied into software that can be included in the software industry as an independent product.
This innovation can be applied into any electronic blood pressure measuring device. The software is available in web application and a PC version. The new platform enables monitoring and analysis of shoulder vessels functional state (other blood pressure measuring sites), the level of cardiovascular regulation and control, activity and interaction of different parts of nervous system, state of myocardial-haemodynamic homeostasis, adaptability of cardiovascular system, reaction of shoulder (other areas) blood vessels to a compression cuff. It is a useful method that only in one blood pressure measuring provides information about state of various parts of cardiovascular system. The suggested innovation is ready for applying into electronic blood pressure measuring devices. The developed algorithms and software can be implemented into medical information systems. The university continues the research to determine markers of different disorders, substantial study of dynamics of functional state influenced by various physical and pharmaceutical agents for different age groups.
For manufacture and wholesale production preparation and distribution of electronic tonometers with additional innovative platforms the manufacturers of electronic pressure monitors, medical equipment and healthcare information systems are required. The Commercial agency agreement with technical assistance is provided for this cooperation.
For further research to determine markers of different disorders based on analysis of arterial oscillograms, to evaluate the influence of various agents on humans by these innovative methods, associations of doctors, public governmental and non-governmental organizations involved in healthcare monitoring, environmental organizations, pharmaceutical companies, research institutions etc. are necessary. The Research cooperation agreement is provided for this cooperation.
The University is interested in a long-term cooperation with potential partners (medical equipment and information systems manufacturers and research institutions) as a Research cooperation agreement, or Commercial agency agreement with technical assistance.

The suggested platform for 40 seconds of pressure measuring enables monitoring and analysis of shoulder vessels functional state (other blood pressure measuring sites), the level of cardiovascular regulation and control, activity and interaction of different parts of nervous system, state of myocardial-haemodynamic homeostasis, adaptability of cardiovascular system, reaction of shoulder (other areas) blood vessels to a compression cuff.
This platform can be applied into any electronic blood pressure measuring device and be integrated into healthcare information systems.
The platform enables qualitatively evaluate the functional capacity of arterias unstriated muscles (at blood pressure measuring sites).
This platform can be used for substantial study of dynamics of functional state influenced by various physical and pharmaceutical agents for different age groups.
