A Spanish start-up has developed an innovative digital logistics platform that optimizes deliveries to clients in the final stage of the process (the last mile). The solution, remarkably improves the logistics management and the customer experience through a wide range of delivery options and personalization with segmented services. The company is looking for license agreements.
The number of delivery operations has greatly increased worldwide due to the popularity of the e-commerce. Therefore, a competitive management of logistics has become mandatory for any company selling any product. At the same time, customers demand a top-class delivery experience. ·Maximization of sales/service calls: Text, SMS, or e-mail can be send to update customers on their fulfilment arrival time the day before allowing them to reschedule instantly.
