Description:
The high purity xylo-oligosaccharides (XOS) has a potent prebiotic application as it stimulates the specific growth of selected probiotic strains of Lactobacillus.
And the bioactive extracts contain antioxidants, prebiotic fibres and vegetable protein and can be applied in functional products (bakery, functional diets, sports diets, supplements, nutricosmetics, etc.)

Its objective is to facilitate access to natural and healthy food ingredients at best value.
The company has some research facilities and they are interested in performing join developments with the final product user and future clients.
All the products do not contain any gluten in contrast to other possible fibre sources. They can be certified as organic products.
The production processes follow environmentally friendly procedures, demonstrated by Life Cycle Assessments.

They are searching for potential users of xylooligosaccharides interested in functional product development (e.g. symbiotic products, or any functional food targeting intestinal health), as well as users interested in product developing with olive derived bioactive ingredients. Therefore, manufacturing agreement and research cooperation agreement are both desired options to establish cooperation with interested companies.
They seek support for market penetration of their products which some are novel in Europe, but approved and commercialised in Asia and USA.
