The company is looking for partners mainly from the food industry e.g. the canning and freezing of the sweet corn. The partner sought is planning or building new factories or has got problems with the old one. The main advantages are: low cost, footprint and energy demand.
Description:
The Hungarian company has the following main activities: consulting and research engineering mainly for the industrial waste water pre-treatment. The company developed biological aerobic system with new, plastic contact media with fixed biofilm and new equipment. The system works for 32 different type of industrial waste water, where the raw waste water is biodegradable and has high organic load.

- Area of application: in food industry, mainly in canning industry. The special waste water treatment references are the pre-treatment of the waste water from the sweet corn processing. The company offers licensing or consulting activity, know-how, technical agreement in industrial sector.

- The cooperation form could be for example: a consulting engineer agreement with the factory owner. The Hungarian company could be the license partner with technical operation giving the know-how etc. In this form the Hungarian company could offer the self-developed new plastic contact media which is working with fixed biofilm as a Hungarian product. (The system and the media was patented in USA too.)

- The other possibility could be the research cooperation agreement. The system is already on the market, however further development is possible.

- The main line: new intensification in old factories or at the overloaded waste water treatment plants (WWTP) or new plants, equipment with economical working system.
Advantages and Innovations:
· The system and the equipment are not conventional activated sludge systems.
· In the system, in the aerobic aeration parts the MLSS (Mixed Liquor Suspended Solids) is only 0,5-1,0 kg/m3.
· In the bioreactor works the new, immobile media with biofilm activity. The organic load e.g. 15-25 kg/m3.
· The system and the bioreactor works as a multi-stage reactor and the area size (capacity) e.g. 10 m3/d - up to 10-20.000 m3/d.
· The main advantages are: low cost (low cost system) low footprint, low surplus sludge, low energy demand, easy of handling, easy operating.
