Los átomos y moléculas se depositan en un sustrato mediante el uso de campos electromagnéticos. Los campos electromagnéticos se generan y conforman mediante varias fuentes y dispositivos de guiado. A German engineer with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from a German University and over 6 years experience in the development of vacuum manufacturing systems, optics and nanotechnology, developed a manufacturing process and system for the production of nanostructures. The process is working under vacuum atmosphere. It is possible to produce nanostructures smaller than 20nm with various materials e.g. metal, polymer, molecules. The nanostructures could be a part of an electronic or mechanical-electronically device or system e.g. processor, sensor, microelectromechanical systems.

Manufacturing process works under vacuum, the manufacturing systems includes a vacuum-camber. The atoms and molecules are depositing on a substrate by using electromagnetic fields. The electromagnetic fields are generated and shaped by various sources and guidance devices.
The technology could produce three-dimensional nanostructures with various materials or compounds with structures from 1 Å to 20nm.
