Un instituto de investigación coreano del sector ferroviario ha desarrollado una tecnología para construir un paso peatonal sobre una vía férrea de hormigón prefabricado de tipo curvo. A diferencia del método actual de deposición de hormigón, esta tecnología mejora la constructibilidad y calidad de la construcción de la vía férrea utilizando un panel prefabricado y un método de instalación por módulos. El instituto busca un socio con el fin de establecer acuerdos de licencia, cooperación y comercialización con asistencia técnica.

Summary:
A Korean research institute in the field of railroad has developed a technology which constructs runway and railway track of curved type precasted concrete track. Unlike the present way of depositing concrete, this technology can improve constructability and quality of railway track construction using precast panel and modularized installation method. The institute is looking for partner for commercial agreement with technical assistance, license agreement and technical cooperation agreement.
Description:
The universal way of constructing railway track was that precast panel made in a straight line was installed in construction site. In this case, when the ground was in curved shape, it was difficult to design track accurately. Therefore the institute has developed a technology to construct track applied with circle curve and clothoid.
This technology is about manufacturing equipment to build curved type railway track and a method for modularized on-site construction.
As the first step, shape of panel is built by adjusting position of screw typed JACK. Then, the product is produced by depositing concrete and steam curing.
As the last step, product is transferred to construction site. When the panel is installed, horizontality and level is adjusted. The railway road for driving is completed by undergoing these steps.
With the technology, it can construct railroad track accurately, especially on curved surface. The institute is hoping to enter the European market with company of rail construction.
