An Italian medium-sized company located in North-East Italy is looking for end-user companies to set up commercial agreements with technical assistance. The potential client, being an enterprise, is asked to buy the company´s products in order to use them for the manufacturing of their final products.
The Italian company is specialised in the production of precision rubber to metal over molding (bonding rubber with metal, plastic and fabric), like injector sealing components. Other items manufactured are diaphragms of different forms and shapes, such as thin diaphragms, fabric reinforced diaphragms (rubber plus fabric) and gas diaphragms.
Currently, the company is supplying well-known brands that manufacture the following products: pressure regulators, pressure switches, dosing pumps, agricolture pumps and irrigation, vacuum pumps and gardening machines.

The partner should be an enterprise and is asked to be the end-user of the company´s items. In the specific, the partner is asked to buy and use the company´s products as components when manufacturing their own final products.It is required by the partner to buy at least 250-300.000 euro of rubber per year. Projects that require a particular customization can start with at least 50.000 euro and up to 150.000 euro of the annual turnover.
The partner should work in at least one of the following industries: automotive, gas and oil, water management, household/domestic appliances, medical sector, electrical transmission, and other industrial applications related to valves and diaphragms in general.
The partner should be established in Germany (or at least should have a consistent selling network in the targeted country), since the company manifested the desire to enter that market.
