Description:
The Italian company was established in 2008 by an Industrial Group with over 100 years of experience and know-how applied to wet anaerobic digestion plants.
The CSTR (Continuous-flow Stirred Tank Reactor) technology´s aim is to offer a system that can operate as many hours as possible without interruptions caused by routine maintenance or extraordinary operations.
Organic substrates are fed to the primary digesters using a pre-tank or a feeder, depending on the type of biomass; the primary digester is fed directly with fresh substrates and has a reinforced concrete slab to optimise the mixing inside.
The anaerobic digestion continues inside a secondary digester, a tank with a gasholder, in order to ensure a storage volume for the produced biogas.
The biogas can be used to produce electric and thermal energy by means of a co-generator, or it can be purified to separate the CO2, for chemical and food industries, from the bio-methane.
The output digestate can be spread on fields as fertiliser, both as it is, and in a solid or liquid form.
The plant facilities show an excellent performance that boast a track record of over 8,700 hours per year at maximum output.
The company, that is managing 18 of its own plants, has an expert team of engineers, biologists, agronomists and mechanics who allow to deliver biogas tailored plants that suit individual client requirements and fully exploit the available biomass.
The company is interested in research and technical collaboration agreement; it´s also available for joint venture agreement aimed to new plants design -Y- engineering, construction, maintenance and management.
