Using a computer application can often take a great deal of time, demands a rather big effort from the user and requires plenty of knowledge about how to use the application. Instead of clicking the buttons and searching commands or relevant functions under numerous menus of an application, it is much easier for a user to just express a request in a natural way in own language.

The virtual robot is an intelligent interface which allows communication with a computer application using natural language. It enables a new way of using software focused on creating a user experience that is natural to people, not machines. The user can ask questions and give commands, as if talking to a living assistant. The virtual robot can recognize the request, control the application and perform tasks within the software. And then provide the user with a friendly, easy understandable answer.

Virtual robot can transform text questions into corresponding enquiries and present them in a form of a report, a chart or text answer. Using the virtual robot is like having an actual human assistant: the user can chat with it, have it prepare reports, or have it perform tedious, routine tasks, such as pay or issue invoices. The virtual robot combines the latest research and development in artificial intelligence, speech recognition, cloud computing and mobile apps.

The main advantage of the solution in comparison with other available technology is in the ability of the company to integrate the virtual robot into any application or web page.
