Description:
This type of magnetic separator is based on magnetic field influence on impurity particles in water pipes. It is fitted with very strong permanent magnets in order to prevent in carrying magnetic particles away by a stream of liquid. The working proces is independent on electricity and the system assures very easy cleaning. It is fitted with very strong permanent magnets in order to prevent in carrying magnetic particles away by a stream of liquid. Washing out water will remove the trapped metallic particles completely and these particles can be discharged from the separator through the valve in the bottom part.
The university developer a prototype of the separator available for demonstration. The university is looking for commercial partners from environmental sector interested in the technology. University offers licence agreement.

Magnetic impurity separator is based on magnetic field influence on impurity particles in water pipes. Magnetic field is generated by permanent magnets. Cylindrical unit of magnetic separator can work together with pressure regulator in water pipes. The main advantages of this device are autonomous working process independent on electricity and easy cleaning.

This will ease the distribution of the technology. It is also important to have its own manufacturing process to be able to create final product.
