The Russian company from Chelyabinsk is engaged in the scientific research in the field of energy efficiency. The company offers an automated system for energy supply management (heat, water, gas, electricity), connected to the service-dispatching and emergency services. Due to the requirements of the efficient use of energy, it arises a need to improve the methods of its automated recordkeeping and regulation. The most promising area of the development is considered to be the enhanced functionality and improved performance of the operating systems. The automated control system connected to the service-dispatching and emergency services is proposed. The system poses a multifunctional complex based on a microcomputer, data processing centre and a web site, connected to the utilities and emergency services. The data is automatically transferred to the data center, where the analysis and calculations are made in real-time mode. Dispatcher control service monitors the state of the item and predicts the situation developments. The operational services receive the data, process the requisitions (including those from the website), form the plan of works. The emergency services control the development of the emergency situations. The totals attributes appear in the open access available on the website. The novelty of the proposed system is the possibility of shared access, control and management of the resource provision on the part of the utilities and emergency services simultaneously and independently. The use of this complex in the public utilities allows to reduce energy consumption, improve accident record and the fault correction time.
The company is looking for the partners for the research cooperation agreement. The software development is supposed to be performed by the company and the partner´s duties will include the providing of laboratories for scientific tests. The end result will be the creation of the industrial prototype ready for serial production and commercialization both in Russia and in Europe.
