Un centro de I+D polaco con experiencia en equipos electrónicos ha desarrollado un sistema de control de pantallas LED en tiempo real que utiliza cualquier dispositivo programable equipado con Bluetooth. La tecnología se está analizando actualmente en laboratorio. El sistema tiene una estructura bloque con módulos individuales conectados entre sí. Las pantallas pueden utilizarse con distintos fines, como publicidad, información, educación y ocio, dependiendo de las capacidades de la aplicación de control escritas por el controlador. Se buscan socios interesados en establecer acuerdos de investigación y cooperación técnica para continuar con el desarrollo, o acuerdos de licencia.

An R&D unit from North-East Poland with wide experience in the field of electronical equipment has developed a system enabling to control an LED screen in real time using any programmable device equipped with Bluetooth module. The invention is currently under laboratory tests. The R&D unit is looking for research and technical cooperation for further joint development or licensing agreement.
Description:
The Polish research and development unit actively operating in the field of electronical equipment has developed a system enabling to control a LED screen in a real time using any programmable device equipped with Bluetooth module.
This invention relates to development of system controlling one LED screen that can work in two modes: in playback mode of application stored on SD card that had previously been sent to control unit and in display in real time mode where the image would be sent by the controller-to-date to the control module.
The LED screen control system has a block construction in which individual modules are suitably connected to each other.
System according to the invention provides an opportunity to use display for many different purposes, among others: advertising, information, education, entertainment purposes depending on capabilities of control application written for a controller.
The R&D unit is interested in establishing the cooperation in the form of licence agreement in order to implement the idea in electronics sector. The R&D unit would also like to establish a long term research or technical cooperation in case of the possibility of the know-how improvement or development.
Advantages and Innovations:
The advantages of this invention over existing products include:
- extending range of possible applications of diode display,
- allowing the control via any other device equipped with Bluetooth module,
- enabling the creation of variety of control applications, which opportunities are not limited by the display driver,
- adaptation of the screen to perform various functions.
