Description:
With regard to the current prevalence cardiovascular deceases, early diagnostics and monitoring techniques gain more importance. Due to the wide spread of wireless networks and Internet, common use of personal computers and mobile devices, development of computer codes for remote contactless monitoring of the human health is a topical task.
The complex developed by the Russian company allows any user to perform personal monitoring of the cardiovascular system's state via using the sensor devices and the medical screening programs hosted at a remote server (Software as a Service, SaaS), through a personal computer or a mobile device connected to Internet.
The hardware-software complex includes a Doppler (super wideband) radar for identification and contactless measurement of parameters of objects' movements at small distances (0,1-2 m) and infrared radar with a camera for registering the heat radiation of the human body.
The system allows estimating the state of the human cardiovascular system, and thus prevent the development of deceases at the early stage, through analyzing a set of integrate non-invasive dynamic parameters like heart rate, the state of peripheric vessels, blood circulation velocity, body temperature and others.
Using this system, doctors will receive more ways for remote monitoring of patients health, estimation of risks, on-line response to patient's claims, correction of recommendations and therapy, independently of the physical location of the patient and the doctor.
The offered method is effective, highly reliable and safe for the patient. It can be further developed via adding new parameters measuring the functions of human organs and systems.
The company is interested in further development under a technical or research cooperation, commercial agreements with technical assistance in the view of practical implementation of the system at the partner's organization.
Advantages and Innovations:
The innovative aspect is the use of Doppler (radiolocation) radar and infrared radar for remote measurement of such parameters as cardiac rhythm, blood circulation, respiration rate, body temperature, etc. The hardware-software complex is integrated with a personal computer or a mobile device connected to Internet.
This makes a novel system for individual remote dynamic monitoring of the functional state of the human cardiovascular system with use of the software hosted at a remote server.
Integration of the complex with the information system of a clinic or a private practitioner would create a unique system for dynamic monitoring of each patient.
