The company, established in Italy in 2006, works in process engineering applied mostly in chemistry, petrochemicals and energy. In recent years the company cooperated with international enterprises and universities, developing technical services for machineries, systems, devices and relevant monitoring, control and protection system.
In every factory, maintenance plays a crucial role, both as time and cost. Normally, the predictive maintenance is based on the measurement of particular parameters, in order to act promptly before the breakage. The novelty developed by the company is a monitoring system focused to continuous monitoring and continuous evaluation of the machine performance, based on the comparison to performance expected.
Company are seeking for commercial agreement with technical assistance, in order to sell its services offering the required support.
Advantages and Innovations:
The monitoring system developed embeds hydraulic and thermodynamic algorithms for machinery modelling. Programmable logic control base architecture allows to bring to machinery panel level all the computational power necessary to predict machinery behaviour.
