Una start up eslovena ha desarrollado un sistema de tratamiento de aguas residuales para filtrar agua de lluvia y aguas residuales tecnológicas e industriales. La empresa ha trabajado en Estados Unidos durante 15 años para mejorar su nueva tecnología de separación (pendiente de patente). El dispositivo para filtrar aguas residuales contaminadas con petróleo evita el uso de electricidad o procesos químicos y biológicos. La empresa busca socios para invertir en la tecnología y comercializar el sistema en la UE.


Waste water system with separation and filtration
A company from Slovenia has developed and produced waste water treatment system for cleaning rain, technological and industrial waste water. It is a device for cleaning the oil-polluted waste water without using any electrical energy or chemical and biological process. SME seeks partners for implementing and marketing the technology all over EU market.
The device is using gravity process of water separation from (oil, fats and solids) and is equipped with self cleaning coalescers. This is a simple and the less expensive procedure for the cleaning of rain, technological and industrial waste water.

A separator is made of different components:

Highly efficient gravity separator has the inlet diffuser which slows the flow of the water and distribute it throughout across the transverse surface of the separator. In a highly effective coalescer is done the separation of oil and solids. Removing accumulated oil from the surface of the water is done in a way, with rising the water to the level and collected oils flow from the separator through outlet of oil valve.

Self-cleaning gravity for separating oil, grease and solids from the contaminated water is implemented in two phases. Coarse separation takes places in a area on front of caoalescer and fine separation of small drps of oil, grease and solids in a high efficiency removable coalescer.

Universal coalescer for fine separation of oil, water and solid made from a frame in which the are embedded thin parallel plates at an angle of 50 degrees. Coalescer in the separator of oil, water and solids cleans oil-polluted waste water to the legally prescribed norms.

The device efficiently cleans of oil-polluted waste water to the restricted international standards: EN 1825, UL 42, API 421.

The device can be upgraded with passive separator for added filtration including system for recycled technology water, which can be reused in industrial processes.
