Una start-up italiana ha desarrollado un nuevo sistema inteligente que recoge y procesa todos los datos ambientales necesarios para monitorizar el mantenimiento de zonas verdes, tanto jardines públicos/privados como campos de fútbol. Este sistema se basa en un mapa tridimensional de sensores inalámbricos con transmisión Lorawan instalado en campos deportivos y zonas verdes. Los sensores transmiten los datos recibidos del entorno (aire y suelo) en tiempo real y a intervalos predeterminados a un sistema en la nube que procesa la información gracias a algoritmos exclusivos. Los datos se envían a un dispositivo móvil (smartphone o PC) y se muestran en un panel gráfico. La empresa busca compañías extranjeras que ofrezcan servicios de mantenimiento de zonas verdes con el fin de establecer acuerdos comerciales con asistencia técnica. The company is looking for foreign companies in charge of green maintenance services interested in commercial agreement with technical assistance. Company owners have 30 years´ experience in the field and are able to adapt the system upon specific requests.
Description:
The maintenance of green areas, in the case of public/private gardens and in the sport sector as well, is often managed mostly according to the individual experience of operators in charge and not to predictive analysis of microclimatic and environmental dynamics. The state of vegetation, in general, is strictly dependent on microclimate, pedological and light conditions. Most of green operators do not have an adequate educational background. As a consequence in many case a human error can have a dramatic impact on a green area.
An innovative start up based in Milan developed a technology solution to face this problem. The proposed smart system is based on a three-dimensional map of wireless sensors with Lorawan transmission placed in sport fields and green areas under maintenance. The sensors transmit in real time and at predetermined intervals the data received from the environment (air and ground) to a system on a cloud processing them thanks to proprietary algorithms. The data are transferred to a mobile device ( smartphone or PC) and displayed on a graphic dashboard . Finally, the information is processed according to predictive criteria and agronomic procedures in order to provide advice on tailored maintenance management . This way the qualitative yield of the turf and of the green is increased, general costs are reduced, human work is more efficient, the use of chemicals is reduced thus lowering the impact on the environment.
A basic principle of Machine Learning is applied: while the single operator cannot analyse large amounts of data, a digital system can put together detections of sensors, multispectral images, drone shots, weather information, historical series and provide a model of Digital Ecosystem.
The company is looking for for foreign companies in charge for green maintenance services interested in commercial agreement with technical assistance. The company can provide technical assistance and adapt the system to specific conditions upon request .
