The technology is ahead of counterparts in many aspects. The company is looking for partners for the establishment of cooperation in the framework of ¿ommercial agreement with technical assistance.
Description:
There is a problem of introduction of the sources of alternative power engineering working at renewable fuel. Besides, there is a problem of utilization of organic waste, including, technogenic. There are a variety of alternative energy technology and methods of waste disposal. But in most cases this requires different technology, or it is very expensive and the payback period of many years (for example, biotechnology). The Russian company from Sverdlovsk region offers technology that allows not only produce energy, but also recycle various organic waste. Application of this technology allows to resolve technological, environmental issues and at the same time gives fast return on investment (1 - 3 years).
Innovative technology is realized through the use of a new method of pyrolysis of biomass in specially designed chambers which manages the temperature and time of pyrolysis, which determines the chemical composition of the product release.
The technology is under development industrial operation. An experimental model of the gasifier has passed a large number of tests, almost thirty (30) kinds of organic waste. The technology has a number of significant advantages over similar products.
The main needs, solved in the project:
- Disposal of waste (including recycling of technological waste);
- Production of energy from waste;
- Saving fuel and energy resources;
- Environmental issues.
Technological readiness of the technology presented is positioned at TRL7 - i.e., it was demonstrated in industrially relevant environments.
The Russian company looks for partners from the following sectors: enterprises of agriculture (livestock enterprises, enterprises of poultry farming, plant growing); enterprises for processing of agricultural production; enterprises of pulp and paper industry and woodworking; distant municipal and small production objects for the conclusion of the commercial agreement with technical assistance. Within this agreement partners who are ready to introduction of technology on the objects and to participation in the joint project are necessary. The expected result for the Russian company - an entry into the international market due to demonstration of technology, subsequent replication by means of creation of a mass production of vortex gas generators and power complexes "turnkey" and receiving profit on this activity. The expected result for an international partner is the introduction of innovative renewable energy technologies for a particular facility and obtaining inexpensive energy; the possibility of joint promotion in the international market the technology with commercial interest.
Advantages and Innovations:
In a gas generator the new way of the organization and stabilization of the burning whirlwind is used that provides low-temperature gasification in the conditions of a high-speed warm mass exchange. The technology allows to utilize a variety of organic waste and the use of local fuels (brown coal, shale oil) for energy production using innovative energy efficient and environmentally friendly technologies. In addition, innovative technology allows you to receive by-products:
The carbon sorbent, which can be used for deep cleaning of waste water; collection of oil and petroleum products from the surface of the water; hydrosphere treatment in emergency situations;
Ash, which can be used as a fertilizer and building mixtures (microsilica).
Innovative scientific and technological products related to the proposed technology:
Vortex gasifier (reactor vortex principle);
Fuel loading system;
A system for collecting mineral residue (ash);
Burner device (two-burner: a natural and a gas).
The main advantages:
1. Environment - utilization of various waste (including, technogenic); considerable decrease in harmful issue (it is 3-5 times better, than at analogs); significant increase in possibility of use of alternative types of fuel;
2. The technological - improving the efficiency of fuel combustion to 92% (from 60-65% at analogs); reduction in metal consumption by 5-7 times, and others;
3. Economic - a payback period - 1 - 3 years;
4. The scalability of the project: a very wide range of power settings (from 50 kW to 10 MW); variety of fuels and of waste; the scope of the technology.
