Description:
The German company has developed a solution for trenchless rehabilitation, e.g. for defective sewage pipes in the range of DN 50 up to DN 250, vertical rainwater pipes and others such as ventilation pipes, etc.

With the help of compressed air or water, a resin impregnated liner is inverted into a defective sewer pipe. It doesn't matter if there are bends up to 90° or changes in dimensions. The liner adapts perfectly to the pipe course. After curing under pressure either cold or with hot water, a new pipe originates in the old pipe. No digging, no noise, no dirt and short downtimes are the clear advantages of this innovative system.

Advantages and Innovations:
The developed seamless liner clearly reduces the danger of wrinkles. It is also a very flexible textile liner which is able to expand in both directions lengthwise and crosswise. That's why the liner material adapts perfectly to the pipe shape. An additional advantage of the high flexibility is a low pressure application. It normally requires only 200 mbar to 300 mbar overpressure to install the liner. This fact clearly increases the safety of the process. In combination with the resin, the liner meets all static requirements and shows excellent results in the following:

- high chemical resistance
- very good durability
- environmentally neutral (final product)
- nearly odourless during installation

The company was the first one for rehabilitation products in the residential area which received the demanding DIBt approval (the only German approval body for construction products and types of construction). The company's developed liner has won the innovation prize for being the most innovative rehabilitation system of the region of Rheinland Pfalz.
