Description:
A Dutch company has developed an innovative spraying unit. Spraying crops with this invention provides a fine coverage of many small droplets. Due to this treatment, the crops are optimally protected. Normally, a disadvantage would be that these small droplets easily drift off and have a negative effect on the surrounding area. This spraying unit prevents drift towards the surrounding area, whereby the protection product only ends up inside the crops. This is possible by using the air stream that arises during driving the spraying machine. The downwind makes sure the spraying fluid is sprayed right into the crops, while at the same time, the crops are moved.

The competitive advantage is an improved working of chemicals and spraying without emission into the environment. So drift does not harm people or environment. The spraying unit can be mounted on all familiar brands of spraying machines for the agricultural industry.

Next to a horizontal version for agricultural crops, there is also a vertical application for spraying fruit trees, grapes, greenhouse crops without drift. It is important that the plants are in straight lines. From the vertical version are two versions: one of 2 m height and the other of 3.2 m.
