The Russian innovative production company from Sverdlovsk region was founded in 1956. The company specializes in nanotechnologies and other innovative technologies, has developed Antifriction antiwear technology for the treatment of rubbing surfaces of parts and assemblies. The technology is used for various sectors: transport (road and rail), machine building, metallurgy, utilities, aviation, shipbuilding, and other.
Presented on the market similar technologies are additives that do not change the structure of the metal and create a surface film.
The proposed technology has significant advantages over additives:
The technology allows to make a more durable surface layer of the metal. As part of an innovative product consists of 12 components. Due to this, there is some effect of metal transformation. Contained in the composition of the water molecules create microbursts - this is the effect of damask steel.
Creation of the surface layer in place of the vacuum molecular friction. At the same time from a depth of 0.2-0.4 mm in all micro-defects, called dislocations are pulled to the surface and are arranged on the magnetic field lines. Isomorphic to a solid layer.
