Description:
At a present time, II-VI solid solution single crystals are prospective materials for cathodoluminescence (CL) and laser screens of high resolution cathode-ray tubes (CRT), X-ray detectors, and as substrates for epitaxial growth. New devices, in particular a tunable, mid-IR range Cr2+: ZnSe laser can be made from alloyed II-VI crystals.
The technology offered by the company can produce single crystals from II-VI binary compounds and their solid solutions. The crystals can be alloyed by metals and a number of other impurities, for example ZnSe:Fe:Cr. The company can also deliver various types of annealing.
Within the specified dimensions of the crystal it is possible to produce rectangular and circular samples with any required crystallographic orientation, as well as carry out polishing of surfaces to the required roughness.
Single crystal can be used in medical equipment, lasers, geological measurement equipment.
Advantages and Innovations:
The company uses SPVT growth technology based on Markov-Davydov method, which allows to produce crystals with the highest level of structural quality currently available on the market.
Changing the value and type of conductivity is achieved by special growth conditions and/or annealing.
