Summary:
A small Russian IT company developed a technology of information search that takes into account the semantics of unstructured text and user requests. The company is looking for partners for a license agreement or a technical cooperation.
Description:
The technology has no any direct analogs. The existing technologies of question answering search use the document search technologies, containing user's request keywords; assessment of the semantic content of documents and information search is carried out manually by users. Therefore, the existing search designs do not ensure a high completeness and accuracy of the search.

The developed prototype demonstrates a possibility of information search implementation inclusive of its semantic content. This is confirmed by the comparative tests results with existing question answering search systems. The tests results demonstrate the higher search completeness and accuracy shown by the prototype in comparison with the best existing search system.

The developed technology implemented in a search design prototype allows increasing the accuracy and completeness the information retrieval by automaton of evaluation processes by the system of semantic compliance of the text with the user's queries. As a result, reducing the «information noise» and significant increasing in the relevance of the system's response to user's request is achieved.

The linguistic process is implemented for Russian and English languages.

The novelty of the technology consists in using an automatic (implemented in a computing system) full linguistic analysis of unstructured textural information. The modularity of prototypes' design provides for:
- capacity of the linguistic process implementation for other languages;

- potential integration with existing search systems.
