Los materiales atraviesan una cámara toroidal alimentada con un flujo rotativo de líquido limpiador y aire comprimido. Debido a la mezcla, se produce un efecto de cavitación que facilita la destrucción de la mayoría de capas sólidas contaminantes en la superficie de la pieza de trabajo. Los clientes actuales incluyen empresas metalúrgicas y de ingeniería mecánica. La empresa busca socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos de cooperación técnica.

Actual technology target consumers are metallurgical and mechanical engineering enterprises (tube-rolling plants, tube mill manufactures, etc). The company is interested in searching for partners to conclude technical cooperation agreement.
Description:
A Russian company from Chelyabinsk offers a fundamentally new technology of long-length cylinder-shape rolled stock surface processing based on cavitating/piping effect. Because of the increased requirements for the surface quality of manufacturing rolled stock it is necessary to create fundamentally new methods of metal surface cleaning. Inadequate cleaning leads to coating imperfection, complicacy of further manufacturing process, weakening of working property. Nowadays there are no universal cleaning methods that would allow one to use only one technology regardless of the type and the amount of pollution agent as well as the type and the composition of treated surface. The essence of CVJ-cleaning method consists of work materials passing through toroidal chamber where rotating flow of cleaning fluid and compressed air are fed. In consequence of their mixture a cavitating/piping effect occurs in the areas of jump-in pressure that facilitates an efficient destruction of most solid layers of pollution on the surface of the work-piece. This cleaning method has been successfully tested by tube-rolling plants in Russia (test reports confirm all the declared design targets).
In the context of proposed collaboration within technical cooperation agreement the company works out a product for its introduction to technological production line of the partner. The company also conducts the commissioning works, provides staff training and technical maintenance.
Advantages and Innovations:
The novelty of the developed method is in cleaning of dirty rolled stock surfaces by means of vortex flow of liquid-pneumatic blend. Proposed technology allows to create mobile industrial production unit and to conduct a set of scientific studies with data output for technological procedure development.
In comparison with the existing cleaning methods the innovative solution of the developed cavitational-vortex jet (CJV)-installation offers a variety of advantages:
- wide range, process variable checkout and regulation that provides a flexibility and multivariance of process charts;
- energy cost reduction up to 35-40 times (due to a lack of necessity for process/working solutions heating);
- simplification of technological cycle (due to a lack of energy-consuming reheating furnace);
- improving cleaning quality up to 2-5 times;
- reduction of concentration and corrosive power of process/working solutions till 1% (100-200-fold).
