Este método permite aumentar el tiempo de uso de los componentes revestidos y mejorar su funcionalidad. El revestimiento se aplica en una cámara de vacío, donde es posible producir una amplia variedad de revestimientos de alto rendimiento con múltiples componentes y capas. Se buscan industrias o pymes en los sectores de aviación, mecanizado, automoción, utillaje, electrónica, dispositivos de radio y semiconductores con el fin de establecer acuerdos de joint venture o cooperación técnica.

A company from Latvia, working in protective and functional coatings field, has developed a technology for nano-coating with high-speed ion-plasma magnetron sputtering. Method allows to increase the usage time of coated parts and to improve the part functionality.
The coating is applied in vacuum chamber, allowing to make a wide range of high performance multi-layer, multi-component coatings for elements used in tooling, automotive, aerospace and micro-chip industries.
Nano coating or nano sealing is the result of an application where nano structures build a consistent network of molecules on a surface. The offered technology is the leading method among nano-coating techniques because of its high productivity, quality and versatility.
The technology can be applied for:
- coatings against corrosion, dust erosion, oxidation, abrasive, adhesion and wear.
- coatings increasing resistance to high-temperature
- functional coatings for electronic components, radio devices and superconductors.
Based on the performance specification, each coating layer can have its own function and the company can apply number of different coating layers. Coatings can be individually designed for each application. The know-how and equipment allows to develop deep solutions using wide spectrum of available materials and their combinations.
The technology is field tested and on market ready for delivery to customer.
