The company from Latvia produces apple crisps and sells the final product in food stores including supermarkets. The original production technology was developed in collaboration with a local university.
The technological process consists of obtaining of apple slices, preliminary treatment, drying in specific environment, technique of adding different species and tastes to the crisps as well as packaging.
