Description:
The technology that this Korean SME is introducing is called D-ROG technology. D-ROG stands for digitized restoring on grout. When some problems occur on the foundation ground while constructing or using a building structure, which is called uneven settlement of structures, it is impossible to proceed to the next step of the construction. In this case, the technology can be applied to restore the uneven settlement of the structures. It strengthens the ground and prevents from re-subsidence.

Outstanding advantage of this technology is that it is a quick and precise restoration, not affecting structures themselves as well as those in adjacent area by making cracks, etc. during construction.
In order to reinforce the ground, grout material should be permeated, consolidated, injected into the foundation ground. Between the reinforced ground and the foundation structure, through immersion tube this grout material will be injected with uniform pressure and successfully the structure will be restored in the end.

The technology includes injection of high tech grouts (utilizing injection effects such as permeation, compaction and fracture) into the bottom of the base by establishing a number of injection tubes in order to get strengthened ground, and restoration of the structure by injections multi-sourced, with circulation and repetition, with even pressure gained between the strengthened ground and base structure.
