Operators can monitor several objects at any distance through the usual WEB browser. Observation may be made both as real time video or as archived video. Description:
Currently available devices do not solve the problem of centralized video monitoring of multiple remote sites and viewing the video archive of all these observations. Most of the existing 3G cameras allow monitoring without the ability to record video in real time or being able to browse video in internet. Some device only can make a video call from telephone to other devices.
A small company in Nizhny Novgorod developed a new technology that includes stream encoders/decoders (i.e. codecs) of video, video surveillance and WEB software for simultaneous display of video information from multiple objects observed and saving video archive on your server for later viewing. A unique feature of the 3G video surveillance server is the ability to not only to view the information from a 3G device in real time, but also to store the received video information that is necessary in the systems of video surveillance or monitoring of dangerous objects that could destroy the target under the remote monitoring.
Thus, for end-users, viewing video as in real time or as saved video is seamless. Operators can monitor several objects at any distance via a regular WEB browser. Observation may be carried out in real time and in the video archive form. The new technology allows transferring video from anywhere in the world, where mobile communication standard 3G is presented, to anywhere in the world, where broadband Internet access is available.
Potential consumers to the production of the proposed devices are SMEs (small shops, security agencies, transport companies) and large businesses (installation and maintenance of own infrastructure for monitoring moving objects across the country and the world), as well as government agencies such as law machinery, health, etc.

· An operator can view the video from N devices in real time and watch archived video;
· End video devices (3G video) are significantly cheaper than 3G phones.
