La tecnología se basa en un proceso térmico de calibración al vacío que une los cilindros de vidrio a un sistema de tubos de vidrio compuesto. El proceso de calibración genera un material compuesto sin destruir la estructura de vidrio amorfo pero con una mayor resistencia y estabilidad. La compañía busca laboratorios, socios industriales o empresas creativas que utilicen tubos de vidrio laminado en sus productos e instalaciones para establecer acuerdos comerciales con asistencia técnica.


Technology offered to produce laminated glass tubes with ultra-high pressure resistance for specific industrial and creative applications
A German company specialized in calibrated glass production has developed a new technology to manufacture laminated glass tubes with ultra-high pressure resistance. The technology is based on a sophisticated thermal vacuum-led calibration process, joining glass cylinders to a composite glass tube system. Laboratories, industry partners or creative companies are sought using laminated glass tubes in their products and installations. Interested in commercial agreements with technical assistance.
Most current glass tube systems under continuous operation are lacking adequate pressure resistance. To overcome this disadvantage a small German company specialized in calibrated glass production has developed a technology to manufacture laminated glass tubes with ultra-high pressure resistance.

The technology is based on a smart thermal and vacuum-led calibration process joining inner and outer glass cylinders into a composite glass tube system. Depending on the application the inner cylinder is wrapped with defined fibres e.g. basalt, tungsten, glass fibres, electrically conducting wires, heating wires etc. The following calibration process generates a new composite material without destruction of the amorphous glass structure, but with significantly improved strength and stability - essential properties for applications under high pressure. Existing solutions do not achieve the described precision and properties of the offered new technology.

HPLC columns are essential components of modern analytical chromatography in labs and industry.
Potential partners should request laminated glass tubes with high pressure resistance to be applied in machine engineering and processing plants. Commercial agreements with technical assistance are envisaged. Companies could also deal with chemical plant manufacturing, automotive suppliers (paint spraying booths etc.), cleanroom technologies, scientific instrumentation/chromatographie, food filling and packaging, visual inspection, process control etc.
