Un científico polaco especializado en tecnologías para la industria alimentaria ha desarrollado un envase para mantener la frescura de los alimentos durante más tiempo. Esta tecnología se basa en un modificador bioactivo que evita el deterioro de los alimentos inhibiendo la formación de moho y el crecimiento de levaduras y bacterias. La sustancia activa se incorpora en una bolsita dentro del envase. Esta bolsita también puede emplearse de forma separada dentro de un recipiente o bolsa que contenga alimentos. El científico busca socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos de licencia y comercialización con asistencia técnica.

Summary:
A Polish scientist has developed a package that extends freshness of food. The technology is based on bioactive modifier that prevents food from going bad by inhibiting mould, yeast and bacterial growth. Cooperation in a form of license agreement and commercial agreement with technical assistance is offered.
Description:
A scientist from North West Poland specialising in technologies for food industry has developed a package with bioactive modifier of atmosphere.

The active substance has a form of sachet that becomes a part of food package. The sachet can be also effectively used separately from original packing, by putting it into a box or bag already containing food. In either case, a contact of an air circulating inside of an enclosed space that holds food, with the bioactive modifier inside the sachet leads to microbial oxygen consumption and ethanol production. This in turn inhibits growth of moulds, yeast or other pathogenic microorganisms. Thanks to the process, packaged food can stay fresh for longer. Shape and size of the package can be adjusted to any parameters of a product.

Cooperation in a form of license agreement and commercial agreement with technical assistance is offered.
