The company is looking for international joint ventures or commercial agreement with technical assistance with industrial partners adding value capacities for the deployment of projects at the destination markets. Financial agreements are also sought.

Inefficient driving of vehicles in professional fleets leads to the unnecessary waste of millions of euros and involves great amounts of gas emissions that can be avoided.
Urban mobility accounts for 40 % of all CO2 emissions of road transport and up to 70% of other pollutants from transport. So, there are major challenges and market opportunities common within public and private road fleets to overcome.
The Spanish company has the most competitive and market oriented efficient driving solution for professional fleets. A complete innovative platform and methodology to monitor and improve drivers´ driving performance. After 5 years of development and 1.5 million euros funding, the product has already achieved a TRL9 (Technology Readiness Level) with a projection of annual total turnover of 33.5 million euros by the end of 2023.
The product and service allows to:
· Reduce overall operative costs in professional transport fleets. An average fleet involving 1,000 drivers / 500 vehicles, the savings per year could sum up to 0.63 million euros.
· Reduce CO2 and other pollutant emissions.. Worldwide estimation can reach more than 10 million tons of CO2 emissions reduction.
· Reduce number of accidents (by >25%) of professional fleets: reducing stress and driving less aggressively.
In comparison with other existant solutions:
· Car management systems: Providers (e.g. Astronaut) focused on the car fleet segment and not on heavy vehicles.
· Fleet management solutions third parties: Efficient and Secure Driving (ESD) solutions are not the priority in competitors´ products (many coming from GPS and location based legacy services) (i.e. Mix Telematics, Tom Tom Telematics)
· Proprietary fleet management solutions of vehicle manufacturers: usually only for their own new vehicles.

Solution main advantages:
Contextualized Efficient Driving Quality Management. It includes gamification technology, but also a disruptive full contextualized -Y- certification training programme oriented to expand the efficient culture across professional fleets. It will certify cost savings (10%), CO2 (10%), and accidents decrease (25%).
Compatibility with OLD fleets. (with own on-board solutions). Also, with new fleets, by connecting software sensor on the top of their own on-board units, and exploiting analytics -Y- methodology on top of them (i.e. eliminating the need for the on-board equipment for those vehicles).
The desired outcome of international partnership will provide for:
· Multiply international extension shortening the time to market to reach foreign countries. Increase sales in the mid-term based on commercial activities of the partners.
· Quickly adapt the solution to be exploited in other "distant" countries.

Some real data about the outputs and benefits after first year of performance are: Fuel efficiency improvements of 5-10%, Benefits/costs ratio > 2. Up to 15% accidents reduction, more than 3.000 tonnes of CO2 reduction (fleet of 400 vehicles).
