Description:
An Austrian company with more than 30 years of experience in engineering of wastewater systems for industrial applications has developed a concentration system through vacuum evaporation.

The invented system for purification of industrial wastewater consists of a hermetic boiling chamber, maintained constantly under vacuum, in which the boiling of the water occurs and the condensation of water vapors. Evaporation and condensation of the wastewater through an integrated heat pump or through recovery of waste heat takes place in a vacuum, allowing for fresh water and waste particles to be separated. A refrigeration circuit allows to keep the correct equilibrium of the temperatures in an efficient way. Once the filtering process is complete, 97 percent of the water can be reused. The system does not require any chemical material.
