Description:
Textile printing, dyeing, and bleaching processes contribute to water pollution with a variety of substrates, chemicals and heavy metals that are often contained in the colours. Not all of these can be eliminated by means of a mechanical-biologic water treatment.

A German engineering company offers a microflotation technology that can effectively eliminate the anorganic colours either in the pre-treatment stage or in the tertiary treatment after the biological stage. The technology is characterised by ultra-fine gas bubble filtration. It is based on a dispersion system in the low-pressure area, combined with valve technique. Due to the pressure, more gas can be separated from the water. The gas bubbles combine with the pollutants and are carried to the surface from where they can be removed. The smaller the bubbles, the more chances they have to combine with the pollutants. The technology is more advanced than state-of-the-art: a new and innovative dispersion system and an adapted valve technology combine to create the ultra fine gas bubbles that have the effect of a dynamic gas filter system. The system is furthermore equipped with a self-cleaning mechanism allowing continuous disturbance-free operation.

Plants can be supplied with capacities ranging from 1m³/h up to 4000m³/h. Every textile waste water problem is being considered individually. If possible tests are carried out at the site of the customer with a mobile container plant. This guarantees that there are definite figures about the cleaning/recycling results that can be achieved.

Licensees are sought as well as partners for commercial agreements with technical assistance.
