A car has been a simple transportation mode in our daily lives for many years; however, its use has changed as a safe and comfortable work -Y- living space. It is because customer´s satisfaction as well as customer´s service value became more important than ever. For this reason, differentiated services -Y- products and quality competitiveness are the main issues.

Among lots of convenience functions in cars, drivers and people who ride a car can easily feel about car seats. And it is a good example of enhancing automotive indoor comfort for both drivers and car riders.
Specifically, ventilation system of car seats emerged as a major convenience function.

Due to this reason, a Korean SME has developed an air blower which can be attached to a car seat for enhancing a driver´s indoor thermal comfort. The company has been engaged in a motor manufacturing field more than 30 years by leading the motor market domestically. It also has an experience of commercializing BLDC motor for vehicles and got certified by Hyundai Kia motors.

The air blower technology includes electronic control unit which cooling element and cooling air blower make it possible to maintain an appropriate temperature in a car. Low noise air blower module determines the technical performance of a seat ventilation system, so it is important to provide air using high flow-rate and high static pressure blower.

The characteristics of air blower that this company has developed are as follows.

1)Low noise -Y- low vibration blower
2)BLDC motor with high voltage efficiency for an air blower
(In case of a motor, three-phase control unit has been applied)
3)Low noise blades with optimal shape

The company is looking for an overseas partner who can license in their developed technology.
