Its developed technology is already on the market which is reinforcing and restoring flimsy ground or settlement structures using grout materials. The requested technology should be environmentally friendly and recyclable. A commercial agreement with technical assistance is its possible cooperation.
Description:
As explained in the abstract, this Korean SME has developed a technology for ground improvement and restoration of ground settlement structures. This technology has been applied to buildings, highways and bridges and the results were quite successful to satisfy customers.

To strengthen flimsy ground, current grouting method uses sodium silicate. The purpose of using the sodium silicate is for gelation and controlling the hardening time.

However, the problem of sodium silicate is that after it reacts with water, this is called gelation, the formed material will lose silicic acid component as time goes by. It is so called evaluation.
Due to this reason, the company would like to find a better material that can replace sodium silicate. The new material should bring more stable and economical construction results. More importantly, the material should act exactly the same as sodium silicate with better performance such as reduction of duration, cost reduction and eco-amenity. At the same time it should not include disadvantages that sodium silicate has.
Additionally, the company would like to introduce a technology for slope stability. Sometimes, on a construction site, mass wasting (landslide) causes severe accident ts such as death or damage on building structures.

The company is looking for this technology which is already on the market for a commercial agreement with technical assistance such as technical consultancy or maintenance.
