The company plants have been developed to incinerate organic, combustible materials and to convert these materials into harmless and disposable residual matter. The company designs waste incineration systems that involves the application of combustion processes under controlled conditions to convert waste materials to inert mineral ash and gases. The 3 T´s of combustion (temperature, turbulence, and residence time) must be present along with sufficient oxygen for the reaction to occur. Especially the specific design of rotary kiln in the application of incineration process brings a great advantageous on these three points. The simplified solutions on the rotary kiln such as using hydraulic drive instead of chains ease the operation and maintenance of the unit. Whole system is designed considering the ease of operation and maintenance so that the skilled personnel requirements are minimized.
