The company is looking for an innovative food processing as well as barrier packaging technology that would allow to extend the validity period of their beef jerky products up to at least 12 months. Because the core belief of the company is that beef is great by its own nature and doesn´t require any chemical enhancers or artificial flavours, a technology that corresponds to this belief is sought - no additional preservatives or salts should be added. An existing technology is sought. The company is interested in technology transfer under a commercial agreement with technological assistance or a licence agreement.

Expertise sought in potential partners is experience in development or application of innovative food preservation technologies that involve food processing or packaging.
