Los complejos húmicos obtenidos de turba virgen se utilizan en la producción de fertilizantes orgánicos y minerales y biopreparaciones de nueva generación. La tecnología aumenta la productividad de los cultivos y la calidad de productos agrícolas, además de aumentar su vida útil. Se buscan socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos de investigación y cooperación técnica para la implementación preindustrial de la tecnología.

Description:
Humic complexes obtained out of peat raw are used for production of organic-mineral fertilisers and biopreparations of a new generation. Humic-based biopreparations are immunity inducers for plants, they have an adaptogenic activity, they enhance the anti-stress resistance of plants to diseases and unfavourable environment. Introduction of humates into the crop cultivation scheme can increase the assimilability of mineral fertilisers by 25-30%, thus allowing reducing the amount of required fertilisers, hence reducing the cost of the agro production and the chemical load over the soil. Their application enhances the productivity of crops, improves the quality of agricultural products and extends their shelf-life.
Manufacture of humic complexes of high quality and purity in the industrial scale is a topical problem for agriculture and food security.
An innovative SME from Kaluga region is developing an energy saving and environmentally safe technology for isolated production of chemically pure humic acids and complex compounds from peat raw. The efficiency of the technology is manifested by the high yield of active substances (up to 99,5%) and reduced energy consumption. The technology is well developed at the lab level, a prototype is available for demonstration.
Industrial implementation of the technology require solving a number of tasks, in particular: to develop a module for separation of humic, fulvic and amino acids, to ensure the desired productivity in terms of the final product and to develop a module for admixture removal, in order to provide for the required chemical purity of the product. A processing line is planned to be developed making use of ultrasound cavitation effect that ensures a maximum power impact over the water-peat mixture. The optimization of ultrasound field and temperature modes for great production volumes will be carried out.
As a result from this research and technology project, an efficient and waste-free industrial technology for production of chemically pure humic complexes will be developed.
Further additional introduction of macro- and micro-elements will product biopreparations of specific targeted action.
Technical Specification or Expertise Sought:
The partner sought should have competences in the development and implementation of new technologies for agriculture, production of organic-mineral fertilisers, biostimulators, plant bioprotection aids. Realisation of the project should provide for achievement of the following target parameters of the technological process:
- Maximum yield of the final product - dry humic and fulvic acids - from the raw is 99,5%.
- Separation of humic, fulvic and amino acids.
- Productivity: to 500 kg of the powdered product.
The technology is to include the following technological processes:
1. Peat drying to the residual humidity below 20%;
2. Peat grinding;
3. Separation into fractions: over 10 mm, 4-10 mm, 2-4 mm, 0.5-2.0 m and below 0.5 mm; the fractions of 10 ¿¿ and 4-10 ¿¿ are returned to grinding;
4. The fractions of 2-4 mm and below 0.5 mm (in solid phase) are treated with a dry alkaline agent at the temperature of 40-80°C and constant agitation;
5. The fraction of 0.5-2.0 mm, constantly agitated, is dispersed by ultrasound in the softened water and treated with a water solution alkaline agent (¿¿ between 10.0-10,5 and temperature of 40-80°C);
6. The resulting solution is centrifuged for removing the insoluble substances;
7. The solution is concentrated by boiling at the residual pressure of 5000-6000 Pa and temperature of 50-60°C;
8. Drying at the boiling bed at the temperature of 130-140°C.
