Este complejo puede aplicarse en la utilización de gas asociado en campos pequeños y medianos donde la recogida, transporte y procesamiento de materias primas con métodos tradicionales son complicados. El complejo puede utilizarse en pozos petrolíferos con un volumen de gas asociado de hasta 9 millones de metros cúbicos al año y en empresas de hidrocarburos líquidos implicadas en la producción. La empresa busca socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos comerciales con asistencia técnica.

The complex can be applied to a utilization of associated oil gas on small and average fields where collection, transport and processing of raw materials by traditional methods are complicated. The organization looks for partners for the commercial agreement with technical assistance.
Description:
The Russian production company from Perm was created in 2012 and engaged in development in the sphere of a utilization of associated oil gas developed a complex for utilization of associated oil gas directly on a field.

For the last 20 years there was an essential growth of production and use of hydrocarbonic raw materials. It involves also a row of the negative moments, such as mass burning of associated oil gas. The annual volume of the burned gas makes 17-20 billion cubic meters. It causes ecological and climatic consequences, and also leads to the considerable financial losses in the state and private sectors of economy since the burned gas is valuable chemical raw materials.
The complex represents a set of standard 20-foot containers (modules) intended for transportation by the motor transport. The complex has opportunities: to adapt for different composition of gas raw materials, to increase processing capacities, to work independently for the score consuming of part of gas for generation.
The developed complex can be applied on oil wells with a volume of associated gas up to 9 million cubic meters a year, and also at the enterprises of the liquid hydrocarbons which are engaged production.
The technology of processing of gas consists to multi-stage processing of the initial associated gas: receiving optimum composition synthesis gas, receiving raw materials in a gaseous state, receiving a liquid phase of the final product in quantity to 0.9 tn of methanol from 1 thousand cubic meters of associated gas.
Getting gas products is a standard process, implemented in different versions from the 20ies of the XXth century.
The common name of the process - GTL, "gas to liquid".
The process is usually implemented by using the catalysts of various degrees of selectivity.
Russian version is the following chain of processes:
- the production of synthesis gas (mixture of CO and H2) in the presence of a conversion catalyst and temperature (750-800 C)
- stabilization of the obtained raw material
- compressing (of 4.5-5 MPa)
- the production of methanol in the presence of a copper-zinc catalyst and temperature (300-320 C)
- the vapor deposition (in liquid phase)
- further - instead of the vapor deposition, the process of conversion of vapor methanol (raw material) in the presence of a catalyst in such products as - gasoline, kerosene and diesel fractions (mixture), BTX concentrate (benzene toluene xylene) is possible.
During the using of this technology and installation on a small field a full utilization of associated gas with its processing in ready methanol, petrol, diesel fraction and other liquid hydrocarbons is possible.
Under the commercial agreement with technical assistance Russian company is looking for the partners for sales of an independent low-tonnage complex for utilization of associated gas in the partner´s country. Technical documentation is published in the Russian language but can be implement in any lanquage. Warranty obligation is carried out by the supplier of the equipment, automation and control facilities, as well as the developer of technical documentation (engineering design documentation).
The warranty is stipulated in the Contract on the terms and in determining the nature of the produced equipment - a developmental prototype, a pre-series prototype, a commercial batch. Maintenance is carried out by the organization-the supplier of the equipment, or by the company, operating the equipment, after an appropriate staff training and passing the required specifications.
The company offers sale of ready installations for use on oil fields for utilization of associated gas.

Novelty of the offered development consists in the developed and realized technology of conversion of gas raw materials from different sources and different composition which is realized on the equipment of the midget size in block and modular execution.
