Una pyme turca especializada en aplicaciones móviles ha desarrollado un sistema que permite conseguir el número de una fila de espera desde el smartphone y tableta sin tener que esperar en la fila de un banco, hospital, etc. Después de conseguir los tickets virtuales, el usuario puede hacer un seguimiento del número de la fila de espera desde su dispositivo. Al ir a realizar la operación con este número, el usuario puede imprimir el ticket desde la máquina mediante una clave. Se buscan socios con el fin de establecer acuerdos de licencia, financiación, cooperación técnica o join tventure.

Description:
In daily life people use queue machines in many fields. Especially hospitals, banks, many of the government places use queue machines. Customers/Visitors have to get a queue number and wait in front of the bench of that foundation. This situation disabled people to do their job, steals their valuable time. To prevent such situation this SME has developed a system that connects to the queue machine and checks the queue number and enable to get a ticket from smart device or internet. The company intention is to unite all the system in one application. Result of this, people don´t need to install many application and can reach all the foundations and agencies of these foundations from single application, select the type of the operation and get their ticket with easy few steps. After receiving their virtual tickets they can trace the queue numbers from their devices. When they go to make operation with that queue number they can get their printed tickets from that machine via received password easily. Also companies can view detailed reports of their departments with graphics. (customer rates, operation percentages, etc.) The company is interested in technical cooperation agreement, licence agreement and financial agreement.The company is also open for joint venture agreement.
