Una universidad checa ha desarrollado un nuevo sistema de construcción prefabricada de madera con aislamiento interior basado en materiales naturales. La tecnología está indicada para construcción civil y residencial. El sistema, caracterizado por su sencillez y bajo coste, está disponible en tres versiones (Premium, Optimal y Economy). Las propiedades de cada prototipo se han verificado en ensayos contra incendios, acústicos, estáticos y térmicos realizados por laboratorios acreditados. La universidad busca constructoras interesadas en expandir la producción de este sistema y establecer acuerdos de licencia y cooperación técnica.

Summary:
A Czech university developed a new wooden prefabricated construction system with a filling insulation based on natural materials. The technology is addressed for civil and residential construction. During development, the emphasis was on simplicity of the system at a low cost. The university is looking for construction or building company interested to expand the existing production of this new system and offers license agreement and technical cooperation agreement.
Description:
University from the Czech Republic developed an innovative technology of wooden prefabricated construction system that can be used for civil and residential construction.

Presented technology is based on new wooden prefabricated construction system with a filling insulation based on natural materials and is simple for use and at a low cost.

The system can be supplied in three different technical solutions: Premium, Optimal, Economy. Properties of all three prototypes were verified by fire, acoustic, static and thermal technical testing in accredited laboratories. Each variant has different characteristics and is suitable for any other type of civil and residental construction. Construction system was designed with regard to the requirements of passive construction. All variants of claddings meet the requirement for transmission heat loss coefficient for passive houses.

The university offers license agreement or technical cooperation agreement to the companies from construction and building sector. The university is ready to transfer the rights involving the authorization of use of the system to interested companies. The university is also ready to share the skills and knowledge of the offered system to further development of technical aspects of the technology.
Advantages and Innovations:
The advantage of the new technology is the elimination of thermal bridges in the building envelope. This is achieved by using a new support element filled with blown insulation from natural materials, which fills the envelope cavities. Wooden prefabricated structural system used as the main supporting element castellated beams - multipurpose wood load-bearing element for structures thermally insulated by blown insulation with. Beam is a variable component that allows adjust the design of particular details of buildings according to the actual needs of the designer.
Another innovative feature of the new wooden structural system is structural perforated lining element with low diffusion resistance, which is utilized in one variant of developed structure.
