La utilización de calor residual procedente de la industria es una herramienta importante para reducir el consumo energético y eliminar emisiones de CO2. El diseño permite cambiar las piezas dañadas que están en contacto con gases de combustión. La estructura permite una limpieza sencilla y eficiente de las superficies de intercambio de calor de los depósitos que impiden la transferencia de calor. La tecnología se adapta a los requisitos del cliente. Se buscan socios interesados en establecer acuerdos de licencia.

The inventors are searching for partners interested in a license agreement. Utilization of waste heat from industry is the most important tool to reduce energy consumption and eliminate CO2 emissions in the industry.
Description:
The Slovak Research and Technology Centre is searching for partners mainly technology companies from foundry and melting industry willing to use or license this solution. Researchers invited a system suitable for waste heat utilization in heavy industrial environment where substantial part of produced heat comes from machines and equipment used for regular processing in the company. Such companies can use this innovative solution in order to reduce costs spent on heating which is provided or produced by other sources of energy. This solution is environmentally friendly and reduces the CO2 emissions. Energy savings and returns are measurable and verifiable. The device implemented in the establishment showed the return on investment after about 1.5 years. This technology can be adapted to client requirements.
Advantages and Innovations:
The design allows easy exchangeability of corroded parts which come into contact with the exhaust gas. The proposed construction allows simple and efficient cleaning of the heat-exchange surfaces from the flue gas deposits that impair heat transfer.
