The company has created an innovative ceramic oxide coating for base metal (aluminum, titanium or magnesium).
The company has developed a new third-generation PEO process, which significantly differs from the known commercial PEO processes (Kepla-Coat, Keronite, Altim). The developed technology is patented and has achieved higher production efficiency (2-3 time) and higher quality of the coating.
The simple and ecologically safe process of third-generation plasma electrolytic oxidation makes it possible to create a ceramic coating with the unique set of physic mechanical characteristics on the surface of aluminum alloys. This provides a significant increase of service life and reliable operation as well as high part operation efficiency due to increased wear resistance.

Ceramic PEO coatings have a dense microcrystalline structure and possess a high adhesion and cohesion strength.
Very strong adhesion to base is due to the fact that the coating is formed in the boundary of metal crystalline lattice. The ceramic coating consists of a composition of various-hardness crystalline modifications of aluminum oxide.
